Ohio Benefit Bank counselors can now assist clients applying for benefits through the benefit bank and help them make changes to their ODJFS case too! A few tips for using the online tool:

To report changes, clients must know their case number, category, and sequence. These items can be found on the bottom of paperwork from ODJFS.

Remember to allow adequate time for information to be processed!
